Peter Bonney – South African landscape artist in the hyper-realist genre.
welcome to my website and blog
I love the remote areas of our country and in particular the Karoo and Western Cape.
Although I do experiment with other subject matter and genre, the bulk of the body of my art focuses on these remote areas of our South African landscape that are so near and dear to my heart.
In these pages you will find information about me, my studio and what’s happening in my studio, as well as lots of opportunity to make contact, connect and interact … and I invite you to do so.
.

Hi Bev,
Thank you for popping in to my studio today. Really enjoyed your company and chatting. I will happily add you to my news letter list
All best
Peter.
I have recently seen one or two of your paintings and really appreciate your facility to capture the wild expanses of South Africa whilst also seeing and recording the smaller details of the bush. Those distant blues and greys of far horizons, that we have no words, for have found their way onto your palette. Raw and beautiful. I’d like to see pictures of your new works as they come through…
Hi Annita,
Thank you so much for your comments. I have noticed that you subscribed to my newsletter which in fact is the best way to keep updated with new work as and when it comes on stream.
Peter
Hi Peter – would you be kind enough to email me any images of new works if you have any currently? Also please check that I am still on your newsletter mailing list. Best regards Annita Clinton
